Submitting a claim is easy. If your product is defective, just click here to find out how to contact us. You can call us toll-free from anywhere to get your claim started, or submit your claim online. Once your claim is opened, just ship us your product and once approved, we’ll send you a gift card in the amount of your original purchase price, including taxes. You can then redeem the gift card towards any of our products in-store or online.
Coverage is Transferable
If you’re selling your product or giving it as a gift, you can transfer your coverage to the new owner. Just click here to find out how to contact us. When you call, provide the name of the person you’re transferring the plan to. The transferee must then contact us and provide their address, email and phone number. The plan holder must have the original documentation to receive coverage.
